Registration Procedures

ATTENDING REGISTRATION – RETURNING STUDENTS ONLY
• Please start your Registration in the Superintendent’s Office.

FREE AND REDUCE APPLICATION
• If you would like to request information or to apply for Free and Reduce Registration Fees and/or Free and Reduce Lunch Fees please do not hesitate to visit with Karen Tomlinson in the Superintendent’s office.   We would like to invite you to apply for these services.

You will then be directed to the commons area to verify contact information and complete the necessary forms.  Computers will be set up in the commons to pay Registration Fees online.

RevTrak is a secure site and does not remember any of your personal information.  You can use a debit card or credit card to pay fees online.  If you are using RevTrak you will be able to pay all of the fees and lunch at one time.

Paying online is the preferred option.  If you prefer to pay by check, you will need to proceed to the appropriate office.  Separate checks will need to be written out for Registration, Hot Lunch and Athletic passes.  The money goes to different accounts and we would like to keep them separate.


Print the grade appropriate forms from the website.  Forms must be filled out for each individual student.

    • You can mail them
    • Drop them off to the appropriate office
    • Scan them and email to the appropriate office:
      1. For Preschool/Elementary:  brenda_depauw
      2. For Jr/Sr High: Christy Henderson

Please return all forms to the appropriate office and pay all Registration Fees online by August 10, 2011.  Registration is not complete until registration fees have been paid.
